The existing development site at the intersection of SR 46 and Curry Pike is part of “North Park,” a Planned Unit Development (PUD) concept that was approved in the early 2000s. Part of this approved PUD included the development of a mixed-use, town center concept. Despite an initial investment in infrastructure, this portion of the PUD has not yet been constructed. The current draft of the Future Land Use Plan presents a potential town center land use scenario for this site. This scenario can be found in the “topic details” tab.
