Should the Urbanizing Area have walkable, mixed use neighborhoods?

The market study conducted as part of this plan showed that there is a growing number of residents wanting to live near to where they work, and in a walkable neighborhood with amenities such as shops and restaurants. The current draft of the Future Land Use Map reflects this, proposing walkable neighborhoods such as these into the Urbanizing Area. Do you agree with this? Would you like to see neighborhoods that include shops and restaurants introduced into the Urbanizing Area? Why or why not?
